What it gives you

You enter receipts and invoices in seconds — without typing them in one by one.

  • You upload a photo, PDF or file of the receipt.
  • The AI detects the amount, date, tax ID, VAT, document number and transaction type.
  • It automatically fills in all the form fields in Tefteri.
  • You review, correct if needed, and save with one click.

Cross-check with AADE — automatically

When the document has a tax ID, you don't copy it over. It recognizes it and fills it in correctly.

  • It recognizes the contact's tax ID on the receipt.
  • It queries AADE (Greek tax authority) directly for the business name, activity and company details.
  • If the contact is new, they are created automatically in your registry — without opening a second form.
  • If they already exist, it correctly selects them from your list.

It learns your way of working

Every store has its own habits. The AI remembers them.

  • It suggests a category based on your history — "you always file this supplier under Supplies".
  • It remembers payment methods, frequent contacts and patterns — and brings them up for you.
  • The more you use it, the more accurate it becomes for you.
  • Every business gets its own suggestions. No data "leaks" between stores.

Safety and control

The AI suggests. You decide.

  • It never writes anything on its own. You always do the saving.
  • If it's not sure about a field, it tells you — it doesn't "guess".
  • If the AI goes down or is slow, the form works perfectly well manually. It never blocks you.
  • Your data stays inside your business. Multi-tenant isolation.

How you use it

  1. You open the entry form in Tefteri and upload the photo/file of the receipt.
  2. You wait a few seconds — the AI fills in all the fields.
  3. You review, correct if needed, and press Save.

Frequently asked questions

It works with clear photos and PDFs. The more readable the receipt, the more accurate the recognition. If it's not sure about something, it tells you so you can correct it manually.

Not necessarily. If there is a tax ID, iTefteri queries AADE and fetches the contact's details automatically. If there isn't, the entry is recorded normally with the remaining details.

You always have the final say. The AI fills in the form, but nothing is recorded until you press Save. You correct whatever you want and carry on.

Recognition is done with AI. Your business data stays inside the app and is isolated per store. It is never mixed with other customers' data.

No. The Tefteri form works perfectly well without AI. If the service is slow or down, you simply type as always. iTefteri never blocks you.
