Productivity Bonus

iTefteri

You share a bonus with your team fairly and by rules, not "by eye". You set a percentage of revenue, share it proportionally by hours, give extra to the top performer and subtract penalties — and everyone sees how their amount was calculated.

  • A percentage of revenue (excl. VAT) → the bonus "pie"
  • Sharing proportionally by hours, extra for the top performer, penalties for absences/complaints
  • You work in a draft and "lock in" the final version

Where it belongs

A quick note about the plan.

Plan: ProModule

What it gives you

A short description of the module, the way you use it in practice.

  • You share the bonus fairly and by rules, not "by eye" — you set a percentage of revenue, extra for the top performer and a proportional share by hours.
  • Transparent for the whole team: everyone sees how their amount was calculated.
  • You work in a draft and "lock in" the final version when you're ready.
  • It pulls the hours automatically from the Work Hours module — you don't re-enter them.
  • The final version can flow into Employee Payments as a Bonus-type payment and as an expense in Tefteri.

How it's calculated

In simple steps, so the sharing works out fairly and by rules.

  1. You set a percentage of revenue (excl. VAT) — that's the bonus "pie".
  2. An extra goes to the top employee.
  3. The rest of the pie is shared proportionally by each person's proportionally by hours hours.
  4. Then penalties (absences, complaints) are subtracted.
  5. The penalty money is redistributed among the "clean-record" employees.

How you use it

A simple usage flow that doesn't wear you out.

  1. You set the rule: percentage of revenue, extra for the top performer and any penalties.
  2. You work in a draft and see how each person's amount comes out.
  3. You "lock in" the final version and, if you want, pass it into Employee Payments.

Which modules it pairs well with

Use them together and you get a clearer picture.

  • Work Hours — The bonus pulls the hours automatically from here, so the pie is shared proportionally.
  • Employee Payments — The final bonus can flow in here as a "Bonus"-type payment, so everything shows up together.
  • Statistics — To see the picture per period and what was given out as bonuses.
