What applies, one by one

Not “security” in general. Specifics.

  • Only you and the people you choose can log in. Each business has its own passwords. An employee sees only their own things. You see everything.
  • Everything you send is encrypted on the way. From your phone to us, nobody in between can read anything (HTTPS).
  • Your receipts and files are stored locked. Receipt photos, attachments, documents — written encrypted on the server. They open only inside the app.
  • Your employees’ personal details are locked in the database. Tax ID, social security number, IBAN, phone, address, email and your notes. Anyone opening the database without the key sees useless characters.
  • The key is not inside the database. It is kept separately. A copy of the database on its own does not give away the details.
  • Backups are encrypted too. We take a backup every day and keep it locked, off the server.
  • Support sees your amounts blurred. When we help you, we see your screens, not your numbers.
