• You record income and expenses in seconds, with a category, contact, payment method and comment.
• You see totals per category, per contact and per payment method — not just one grand total.
• You keep a history for a picture by day/month/year.
• You handle credit transactions with due dates and partial payments, so you know what you owe and when.
• AI Receipts: you upload a photo/file and get field suggestions for quick entry.

Take a photo of the receipt. iTefteri reads it, cross-checks it with AADE and serves you the entry ready to go. You just press OK.

• It recognizes the amount, date, tax ID, VAT and transaction type.
• It queries AADE (Greek tax authority) about the contact — new ones are created automatically.
• It suggests a category based on your own history.
• You review, correct, save.

Credit & partial payments

Not everything is paid in cash — iTefteri keeps "what you owe and when it's due" crystal clear.

• You record an "On credit" transaction with a due date (e.g. a supplier invoice).
• You add partial payments whenever you pay something off — e.g. in installments.
• The The balance and status (pending / partial / paid) update automatically with every payment.
• When it's fully paid off, the transaction closes by itself. So you always know what's left.

It ties in with Cash

One entry, two modules updated.

• If you also use the Cash (Register)module, a cash expense is recorded once and appears in both Cash and Tefteri.
• No double data entry and no transaction slipping through.
