“From October, invoices can only be issued electronically. What do I do?”
From 1/10/2026, invoices between businesses are issued electronically, with a transition period until 31/12/2026.
In iTefteri you issue the invoice from your phone or computer. It goes to AADE (Greek tax authority) through a licensed provider,
gets a MARK number and a QR code, and is emailed to your customer. The income is recorded in the Tefteri by itself.
How you issue an invoice
You type the customer's tax ID (VAT number). Company name, tax office and address come in by themselves from AADE.
You pick items from your catalogue or type a line by hand. VAT and totals are worked out by themselves.
You tap “Issue”. In a few seconds you have the MARK, a PDF with your logo and an email to the customer.

How it's charged
It's an add-on for both Basic and Pro. With it you get a pack of documents, e.g. 1,000 documents. Every invoice you issue uses one from the pack.
How you get started
The first time, you accept one declaration on TAXISnet. If you don't accept it, it takes effect by itself after 10 days. We set up the rest.
Already issuing invoices from another program? You use a different series, e.g. “IT”, and work with both.
Retail receipts from a cash register and invoices paid by card through a POS can't be issued from here yet.
Add-ons aren't included in the free trial. You turn on invoicing once you pay for a subscription.

Project Management: what each job cost and what you kept
“So how much did this project actually cost me?”
For anyone paid by the job: renovations, electrical and plumbing work, installations, drilling, crews working at the customer's place.
Every project has its own folder. Materials come from the invoices, the hours of your crew and the van become cost, and you see what's left from each project.

Every invoice your suppliers issue to you comes in from myDATA into a list, with supplier, amount and category.
You tap “Approve” and it's recorded in the Tefteri. If you had already written one down, it isn't recorded twice.

Live VAT: how much VAT you'll pay
Usually you find out from your accountant, a few days before the return. Here iTefteri takes your sales and purchases from myDATA
and shows you every day how much VAT you charged, how much you paid and the difference, for the month or the quarter. You type nothing.
It's an estimate. Your accountant files the return.

One main store with its locations underneath. Every income and expense is recorded at its location.
You see each location separately and all of them together, and you decide who sees which location.

Online bookings: the customer books by themselves
You get your own booking page. The customer sees only the free slots and books an appointment or a table from their phone.

Maria opens your page at 11 at night and books Thursday 18:30, a 30-minute haircut.
In the morning you see it in the Calendar. No phone calls.

Customer reviews: complaints come to you
The customer scans a QR code on the table or the counter and gives a rating. With 1 to 4 stars, the comment comes to you with a notification,
so you can fix it. With 5 stars, we send them to write a review on Google, Facebook or TripAdvisor.
Electricity & Energy (HEDNO): usage hour by hour and what it costs you
Your electricity bill only shows the total. iTefteri brings in your store's energy usage from HEDNO every 15 minutes.
Every night yesterday's data comes in by itself. With the bills you enter, you see how many euros each day, each hour and each month costs.
It needs a HEDNO “smart” meter (remotely read), which stores with high usage usually have.
Before you get it, log in to HEDNO's Metering Data Portal and check whether you have “Load Curve Charts”.

These are offer prices, for a limited time. Anyone who starts a subscription now keeps their price locked for at least 3 years.
Refer & Earn: give your code to someone with a store. As soon as they pay, you get 3 months free and they get 1 month.
You see the price of each add-on in the app: Subscriptions → Add-ons, per month or per year.
Add-ons go on a paid subscription. They aren't included in the free trial.
They expire on the same day as your subscription. If you get one halfway through, you pay only for the days left.
E.g. your yearly subscription expires in 6 months: you pay about half the add-on's yearly price.
At renewal you pay for the subscription and add-ons together, in one payment. If you don't renew an add-on, it turns off, but your data stays.
The trial includes the full Pro plan. After that you choose Basic or Pro.

No. iTefteri opens in the browser, at app.itefteri.gr and at your store's address. If you want, add it to your phone's home screen or download the app from Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone and iPad).
In three steps: (1) you sign up at app.itefteri.gr, (2) you create your store, which gets its own address, e.g. cafe-maria.itefteri.gr, (3) you invite your employees and decide what each one sees. Then you tap “Free trial” and get 20 days with the full Pro plan.
The trial lasts 20 days, with the full Pro plan. No card needed. Add-ons (e.g. Invoicing, Projects, Branches) aren't included in the trial. You add them once you pay for a subscription.
Get Basic if you work alone or with one or two people and want to know how much comes in, how much goes out and what's left. Get Pro if you have employees with working hours and cash, appointments, stock or cheques, or if you want VAT from myDATA. If you're not sure, start with Basic. You can move to Pro whenever you like and pay only the difference for the days left.
They're modules not included in the subscription, and you add them only if you need them: E-Invoicing, Projects & Vehicles, Branches, Online bookings, Customer reviews, Electricity (HEDNO), and for Basic users, myDATA connection and Live VAT (in Pro these two are included). You add them yourself from Subscriptions → Add-ons, where you also see the price. They expire together with your subscription. If you get one in the middle of the period, you pay only for the days left. See all add-ons.
Invoices yes, with the E-Invoicing add-on: you issue them from your phone, they go to AADE (Greek tax authority) with a MARK number and the income is recorded in the Tefteri by itself. Accounting software no: it doesn't keep the books and doesn't replace your accountant. But it gives them the numbers ready.
Yes. Every store has its own address, its own numbers and its own subscription. If you want one main store with locations underneath, with a shared Tefteri and numbers per location, there's the Branches add-on.
There are three roles. Owner: sees and manages everything. Manager: sees and records whatever the team needs. Staff: records only what you allow and doesn't see the store's numbers.

Every customer with a paid subscription has a referral code. You give it to someone with a store. As soon as they pay for their first subscription, you get 3 months free and they get 1 month free.
