A digital business notebook for freelancers

iTefteri

You're on site, on the road or at a client's. Got paid in cash? Paid for materials? Filled up on fuel or paid tolls? With iTefteri you record it in Tefteri right then and there from your phone — or you take a photo of the receipt and AI Receipts turns it into a ready-made entry. Whatever you're owed or owe is in Cheques & Obligations with a due date.

  • Income and expenses organized in Tefteri, without paper
  • Receipt photo → ready entry with AI Receipts
  • A clear picture and month/year history, handy before visiting your accountant
  • Paid by the job? A folder for each job and what you kept (Projects add-on)

Why it works in your daily routine

A notebook "in your head" turns into mistakes. A notebook in iTefteri turns into data.

  • You record income/expenses as they happen — or photograph the receipt. Not afterwards.
  • No more notes in 3 different places (paper, phone notes, Excel).
  • You see totals per category and payment method, without end-of-month calculations.
  • You have your credit due dates in front of you, in Cheques & Obligations — and you know what's left.

Example: working "on the road"

One simple flow that keeps you organized.

  1. Open iTefteri from your phone.
  2. Record the income or expense in a few fields — or photograph the receipt with AI Receipts.
  3. Pick a category and payment method (e.g. "materials", "fuel", "tolls").
  4. See month/year totals and your due dates in Cheques & Obligations.

Paid by the job? See what you kept from each one

Electrician, plumber, refrigeration tech, handyman, technician at the customer's place: with the Projects & Vehicles add-on every job has its own folder. You see how much you agreed, how much you spent and what you keep.

  • Project folder: customer with tax ID from AADE, agreed price, phases, files and photos.
  • Expenses from the Tefteri: you write the expense once, flip the “Project” switch and pick what it is: materials, subcontractor, labour.
  • Helper's hours: hours × hourly wage = project cost.
  • Van and machinery: hours × rate per hour, included in the cost.
  • Budget: a limit per type of cost. The bar turns red when you get close to the limit.
  • Quotes: you see the cost and your margin before you send it. The customer gets a PDF with your logo and an email.
  • Payment instalments: e.g. 50% upfront, 50% on handover. You tap “Collect” and the income is recorded in the Tefteri.
  • Project report: what came in, what went out, what's left, on one page.
Example: electrical installation, agreed at €2,400
Materials (cables, electrical panel, light fittings)€980
Helper: 16 hours × €12€192
Van: 5 hours × €15€75
Total costs€1,247
What you keep: 2,400 − 1,247€1,153

Projects is an add-on on top of the Pro subscription, in 4 sizes depending on how many projects you run at once. It isn't included in the free trial.
