Add-on moduleBasic & ProEnabled per store

It works as a separate add-on that is activated after getting in touch and fits either a Basic or a Pro subscription.

What it gives you

How the review system works in practice.

  • Public page via QR: the customer scans with their camera, a simple mobile page with 5 stars opens and they rate you — no app and no account.
  • A "closed" flow for 1–4★: complaints are not published. The customer selects what went wrong (Service, Cleanliness, Waiting time, Prices…) and leaves a comment, recorded for your eyes only.
  • An "open" flow for 5★: happy customers are automatically directed to Google, Facebook or TripAdvisor — in the priority order you define.
  • Notifications: for every negative review you get an email and/or a notification in the Notification Center, so you can react quickly.
  • Reports & charts: average rating, star distribution, most frequent complaints and progress over time.
  • QR generator: download a plain QR (PNG/SVG) or ready-to-print designs (A5 stand, A4 poster, small card) with your logo.
  • QR per location & branch: a different QR for the table, the register or a stand — and separate ones per store — so you know what's working.

What kind of business it's for

When you want more public reviews, but also to "catch" complaints before they go public.

  • You raise your public rating on Google/Facebook/TripAdvisor by sending your happy customers there.
  • You keep the negatives internal, as an opportunity to improve — not as a public 1★.
  • You see which location or branch has an issue, based on data rather than impressions.

How you use it

One simple flow you can set up in minutes.

  1. You enable the module and configure the title, complaint reasons and the 5★ platforms (Google/Facebook/TripAdvisor).
  2. You download and print the QR (a ready-made poster/card or a plain QR) and place it on a table, at the register or in the window.
  3. The customer scans and rates; you track reviews, complaints and reports inside iTefteri.

Frequently asked questions

No. They scan the QR with their phone camera, a simple page opens and they rate you in seconds. No installation, no login.

Ratings of 1–4★ stay internal: the customer fills in what went wrong and the complaint is recorded in the store. You get a notification (email and/or in the Notification Center) so you can fix it — without it being published externally.

At 5★ the customer is directed to the platform you choose — Google, Facebook or TripAdvisor — to leave a public review. That way your happy customers raise your public rating.

Yes. You can have different QRs per location (table, register, stand) and per branch, so the reports show which location/store is performing.

There is per-device locking (one review per device, reset after a configurable number of days), rate limiting and anti-bot protection, while data is kept GDPR-friendly with IP masking.

It's an add-on module activated separately per store and it works with both Basic and Pro subscriptions. Activation/billing is arranged after getting in touch.
