Where it belongs
A quick note about the plan.
What it gives you
A short description of the module, the way you use it in practice.
- You enter an appointment or reservation once and the whole team sees it.
- You get a clear picture of the day, week or month, without digging through messages.
- You tie the schedule to customers, areas, resources and amounts, all in the same environment.
- You connect with Google Calendar and print sheets for the kitchen or the bar.
The essentials you'll need
Everything you'd expect from a serious calendar, built for business.
- Month / Week / Day / List views — you pick the view that suits you, with quick one-click switching.
- Color-coded entry types — appointment, reservation, shift, event, task. Each type has its own color so you can read it at a glance.
- Statuses — scheduled, confirmed, completed, cancelled. You see what's moving forward and what isn't.
- Customers — a customer base with phone numbers, notes and activity history.
- Overlap checking — it warns you if two entries land on the same resource at the same time.
- Amounts / Balance — you record the total amount and the deposit on reservations and events.
Food service & reservations
If you run a restaurant, café, hair salon or event venue, the Calendar adapts to the way you work.
- Areas — you define sections such as "Indoor dining", "Courtyard", "Bar", "Room A".
- Resources — numbered tables, booths, event setups. You book directly onto them.
- Guests / Duration — number of guests and time per reservation.
- Reservation notes — allergies, special requests, anniversaries.
- Preparation notes — separate notes for the kitchen or the bar, kept apart from customer-facing updates.
Google Calendar integration
You write it once, it shows up everywhere.
- You connect a Google account per store from the Calendar settings.
- Appointments/reservations from iTefteri flow automatically into your Google Calendar.
- Changes made in iTefteri update the corresponding event in Google.
- Ideal for having the schedule on your phone too, with no extra apps.
Printouts & preparation
Clean sheets for the shift, with no clutter.
- Day sheet — all entries by the hour, with area/resource and guest count.
- Preparation — a separate sheet for the kitchen or bar, with customer notes and special instructions.
- Print a specific entry — for the customer or for your records.
- Everything in A4, a clean layout for the counter.
How you use it
A simple usage flow that doesn't wear you out.
- You set up entry types, areas and resources (once, in the settings).
- You add customers the first time you meet them.
- You record appointments / reservations / shifts right on the calendar.
- Before the shift you print the day sheet and the preparation sheet.
- Afterwards, you change the status to "completed" and keep a history.
Which modules it pairs well with
Use them together and you get a clearer picture.
- Work Hours — For shifts that go on the calendar and into hour tracking too.
- Cash (Register) — To see when an event's deposit comes in.
- Tefteri (Income–Expenses) — So the income picture is complete after the reservation.
